Hi shubhangi,
UPSC's and SPSC's conduct written exam for the posts of drug inspector every year you will have to appear and qualify for it alongwith personal interview to become a drug inspector.
The written exam consists of 2 parts
1) pharmacy 100MCQs - 200 marks - 2 hr duration.
2) General Knowledge 50 MCQs - 50 marks - 1 hr duration.
Hope this helps.
Hi Richie,
First and foremost, for IIMs (A/B/C) you need to score a very good percentile in CAT. Assuming you're a GEM (General category, Engineer and a Male), and have decent academic scores (i.e. 85% and above in your 10th and 12th and 80% and above in your graduation) your percentile should be no less than 99.4 - 99.5.
Now, coming to specific B-Schools. IIM C gives less importance to your past academics and more to CAT and further processes (WAT, PI). So even if you have a poor score in 10th / 12th / graduation (obviously more than 70%), you still stand a chance by acing your CAT paper.
IIM B on the other hand gives a lot of weightage to your past academics. Therefore if you're not someone with 90% and above in both 10th and 12th, you might face serious competitions and if you have a poor score then you might want to drop the dream of IIM B.
But you can still look for IIM A, as it is more balanced than IIM B and doesn't necessarily put that much weight on your past academics.
Hey Niha,
Yes you can absolutely get admission in IIM C after your Maters provided you clear your CAT exam with flying colors, that is to say, you having done your Masters won't give you any additional privilege.
Coming to your next question, No, there is no age limit to pursue the PGDM program from IIM C rather any IIMs as of now.
Hello Student
hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that you have a very decent profile in academics and abosutely you can expect a call from IIM calcutta . For getting a call , you must have atleast 97 percentile in cat to be in safe zone ,so prepare accordingly with full hardwork
Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
