Hello Raman ,
If you want to get admission into IIM, you ned to clear the CAT cut off. Only Non resident Indians are eligible for admission through GMAT exam.
There are other colleges which accept GMAT score , but not IIMs.

To get admission in IIMs Colleges, you need to give CAT Exam. The Eligibility for CAT is Graduation. So, firstly you need to Clear 12th Class with good marks because 12th score is considered for admission also. Then, you need to do graduation & in the last semester of

Yes , you will be eligibile . The CAT exam eligibility criteria says that you need to either be a graduate or in the last year of the graduation to be able to get into IIM. And most importantly , you need to have atleast 50% marks
