The admission criteria of each IIM is different . The major things needed are :

class 10 marks , class 12 marks , graduation marks , co curricular , work experience .

The other things are specific to some IIMs which are available on their website .

First of all IIM does not have BBA courses

Instead it has Integrated Management Program know as IPM it's a five year program for which IIM Indore conduct an entrance examination.

Yes , you need to pay the fees to confirm your seat in the IIM . The stipend is when you get hired for the summer internship programme. It  depends upon the company that hires you and your rank.

All the IIMs have different admission criterias. 

The new IIMs have a little less cut off than the old IIMs. Some give preference to the class 10 and 12 and graduation marks , while others donnot . So it depends on the IIM you wish to go
