Hi Ashutosh! Firstly, let me tell you, being realistic is good, but don't be so pessimistic so soon. You still have around 4 months left for CAT. Hence, if you prepare systematically and with a properly etched strategy, you can very well get a high percentile. Coming to the question

Not a single IIM considers just your CAT Percentile & Academic Score & ignores GD/PI. Admission Criteria for each IIM is different but each IIMs conducts GD & PI for Admission.

The cutoffs across all the IIMs vary. For example the older and reputed IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Calcutta have a very high cutoff -higher than the others. The newer IIMs have a lower cutoff.

If you work hard on your CAT percentile , then you can definitely get a call.
But, being a little practical, i would suggest you to keep other options open . The candidates selected in IIMs or FMS have a good profile which may prove to be negative
