    No IIM gives any guarantee for 100% placement. It's not at all their work to give placement. In each IIM placement is handled by a student body who calls companies though the Alumni network and placement is done officially. Of course campus supports in placement and for seeing the process

    All the institutes have different weightages for graduation score and your score is on the lower side. However since you have an non engineering background you will get some extra marks during the final selection.

    Do IIMs have 100 percent placements? In case people who are not selected in placement where they can find jobs in respective field??

    There are various job opportunities one can opt for after completing MBA from top institutes like IIM's.

    Also the 100% placements scenario is not practical and possible. So it will be wrong to say that the placements are 100% in IIM's.

    You should get a call from all IIMs that you have applied to with your scores and provided you get 90-95 percentile. So, I would suggest you start preparing for interviews.

    By getting calls you mean call for second round of interview and WSAT. Yes definitely you can attend all the IIMs interview respectively. Not only 3 or 4 even 10 or more than that without any problem.
