In IISC, this year cut off for OBC is 5000, I don't think you will get seat in this Institute. As every year they only take few students and their cut off is less. Here is the link where you can find about cut off :

Candidates must have passed Biology at the (10+2) Higher Secondary level. Bachelor of Science or equivalent with Chemistry as a subject. Candidates should have passed Mathematics at the +2 or PUC level. Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with mathematics for three years or six semesters.

Hi ! You should expect a high rank to get an admission in either IIST or at IISC. To get IISC you must have a rank within 500 in JEE advance (although they prefer JEE main students with rank between 1-250 ) and to get IIST you must have a rank between 3000-5000. Minimum marks vary for SA and SX Streamz nd for caste categories.
General - Minimum 70 in each of the exams
And for reserved categories , minimum 50 marks in each of the exams is sufficient to get admission there.

Since you are in 12th grade , you will be interested in knowing only the eligibility of UG courses i.e. B.tech in different branches. So the eligibility criteria for all the UG courses there , is 10+2 passed from a recognized board with a minimum of 60% with physics , chemistry and maths as main subjects.
