Considering the marks that you have got and the fact that you are a general category aspirant, sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in IISC Bangalore or any IIT. You can try for GFTIs and other colleges that take admissions via GATE score.

IISC doesn't organise any exclusive entrance exam for the candidates. However, it does have some aptitude tests for PG courses.
In UG, PG, and PHD courses, the admission is through JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET, CEED, JAM and KVPY and other exams only.
