Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore
Hi Aspirant
As you can see the change in the exam pattern and no college has released their cut off .You need to wait for the official announcement which will be in april after JEE.
But still thhe approximations is students scoring more than 95%ile can easily get into the colleges .
So you need to improve. You can appear in Jee to improve it.
All the best.
Let me clear you that there is no B.tech course at IISc bangalore but there are few papers in B.sc at bachelor level.
IISc bangalore takes admission on the basis of JEE main ,JEE advance ,KVPY and NEET UG.The cut off would be more than 95%ile.
This is just an approximation before the official announcement of the result which will take place after JEE in april.
You need to wait for it.
Hope this helps

Hello Swostik,
It is quite difficult for us to predict the probable college as first-time JEE is being conducted twice in a year and rank will be based on NTA percentile score but you may calculate your expected rank by given below Formula or use the link -
JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100
Https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/how-calculate-jee-main-2019-rank-based-on-nta-percentile-score
You can also check your admission possibility with the given below JEE Main college predictor.

Good Luck!
Hello
The cut off ranges different for different category both jee advanced and neet rank can be taken into condconsideration
1-250 for gerneral category
Upto 5000 for OBC NCL and SC
Upto 16000 for ST candidates
So depening on you category you could get the cut off.

Hello Aspirant. IISc Bangalore accepts GATE, CAT and GMAT scores for admission to their MBA programme 2019. You will be selected depending on your score and quota. A separate form will be released by the institute on the 1st week of February, 2019. Following that the selected students would have to go through group discussion and personal interview. The institute will release the cutoff before the GDPI round.
Last year's cutoff for general category was 95.5%tile (CAT), 720 out of 1000 (GATE), 650 out of 800 (GMAT).
Hope this helps. For further queries you can comment down below.
Good luck!

This type of doubts has been spread across the internet on every time even if paper is made by Madras or paper is made by Guwahati every time there is some people who will tell you that this IIT it will make this department paper difficult.but after that one thing you should remember is that if the paper will be difficult than it will be difficult for all there for you don't need to worry because it is a competitive exam and not the absolute marking you will be judged by you are ranker not the absolute marks therefore if it is difficult then it will be difficult for all and there cannot be any certainity regarding whether it will be difficult or not if it is made by IIT Madras because if you look at the past years Trends then sometimes the paper comes difficult and sometimes easy but it will not affect you at all because if it is difficult than it is difficult for all and if it easy then it is easy for all.
