IISC Bangalore does not offer M.tech in Physics, The institute offers M.tech programmes in Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Microelectronic Systems, Signal Processing, Systems Engineering, Transportation & Infrastructure Engineering,Climate Science, Computational Data Science, Earth Science, Electronic Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication & Networks and Nano Science & Engineering.You can also prefer the below given link.

For iisc Bangalore u need to get 60% score to qualify for interview but it's better that u score 70-80% marks to be on the safer side because then interview exams will be combined with neet score so try to get as much as u can.

Yes, it is possible but here's what you need to know :

Students applying through SCB have to be in top 1 percentile scorers of their respective board examination (+2 level). After qualifying this Eligibility, students have to appear for Common IISER Aptitude Test, through score of this test, students are allotted their preferred IISER.

Admission is done through 3 channels. 1. KVPY channel 2. JEE Main/Advance Channel 3. SCB Channel

The cutoff of CAT 2018 for IISc Bangalore has not been released yet. However, based on last year's trends, one can expect the CAT 2018 cutoff for IISc to be around 95.5 percentile for General category students.

Hello,

It is a national level admission process managed by the Indian Institute of Science(IISC).No entrance exam will be conducted for these courses.The admission into these courses will 
be done through JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, CEED, JAM, KVPY and GATE exams scores.

TIFR because in tifr there is world class facilities to do research .
In TIFR many students who are pursuing their post doc from MIT or Stanford told the Labs in TIFR are comparable to their foreign labs.
And faculty also familiar to the students.
