The cutoff of KVPY will be released along with the result by the end of December 2018. You can have an idea from last year cutoff by checking the KVPY cutoff 2018 article.

IISC is undisputed with better rankings at World Class level. Although of course there might be some courses which may be better at Kolkata but kostlm it depends on the student himself since everybody has a personal preference. You can take admission in any of them and do great :)

Graduating from IISc opens up very good chances of you getting a chance for further research and fellowships in many different branches . Stipend and internship depends on your employer/institute that you are working for but rest assure, it is good enough if you are hardworking.
