yes, indian institute of science bangalore will have admissions based on both jee main and jee advance ranks.but the cut off score will be very high.
you have to give your best on these exams, atleast having 200+ will be the safest side for the admission.

IISC cut off for Neet is pretty high and it varies from year to year. Usually ranks cutoff varies around upto AIR 250- 300 for general category so you'll have to score accordingly.

NO. They changed the pattern and now they are taking admission based on your JEE advanced ranks. You have to register seperately for its councellling process and admission rank list wil be given. check out for cutoffs in the website.

You can get admission in IISc for BSc through JEE Mains. Eligibility is the candidate belonging to general category must have scored at least 60% marks in JEE Mains or JEE Advance.
