Hello candidate,
IIST admission on the candidate qualifying JEE Advanced and falling within the closing ranks for the general cutoff off IIST, for which he should have Physics, Chemistry, and mathematics as three compulsory subjects.
If you talk about NEET examination, you need to have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as three subjects which are compulsory. So if you have pursued your class 12th examinations in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and any other optional subject then you are surely eligible to take admission into IIST after NEET results, but provided you have qualified JEE advanced examination with the necessary marks.
Have a good day!!
Yes, I believe at a Rank of 10k in JEE Advanced, besides having OBC advantage you might just make into the Aerospace Engineering Course at IIST Trivandrum. For an AIR of 10k, keeping the current trend of Moderate to Tough papers in consideration you would perhaps require to score at least 30-35% of the Total Paper (~120/360) and should plan and place your preparation and test taking strategy accordingly. Hello Aspirant,
See if you want to get B.Tech. course into IIST then you have to appear for JEE-Advance and should have secured the minimum cut-off marks to be eligible for admission to any institution even in IIST through JEE-Advance score. But note that just qualifying the cut-off marks does not ensure your admission in any institution because admission are based on ranks allotted to each candidate on the basis of his/her marks scored in JEE-Advance.

You can use online resources like You Tube . Some very experienced teachers provide their video lectures of IIT-JEE for free. So use them. Some tips for preparation are given below.
