You have not mention from which category you are . As the cutoff is different for different category. As for iit the cutoff of the general category is in between 750-500. Likewise for every category cutoff is different. So please provide from which category you are .

In order to take admission in IIST for MS in Astronomy ans Astrophysics you are eligible because you need to have a B.E/B.Tech degree or you must have Msc in Physics, Space Physics, Space Science, Space Science and Technology or GATE in any one of these subjects - Physics/Electronics
