Happy Hustling!
I believe you are discussing your JEE Advanced Rank.
Perhaps at AIR 5415 you can get CSE at IIT Jammu.
In case its your JEE Main Rank,
You can easily manage to get CSE or IT at any of the better NITs, including NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Surat and NIT Kurukshetra, which are more or less standard NITs with Excellent placements.
You can also get IT in either of NIT Allahabad or IIIT Allahabad. I believe this will be an apt option for you. In todays date IIIT Allahabad is one of the best when it come to placements, next to top 5 IITs and IIIT Hyderabad.
Do apply for IIST Aerospace and ECE In IIST Counselling, you might have chances there too, provided you have interest in Aerospace and plan to go for Masters in future or perhaps become a scientist at ISRO or some research organization. IIST doesnt have culture for so called Placements hence might hinder your plans if your aim is bagging a job post Btech.

Hello aspirant, hope you are doing good.
So, according to your EWS rank, i would have to tell you that it's not really probable for you to get a seat in IIST thrivantpuram, for any stream. The cutoffs are subject to change every year, depending upon alot of factors like availability of seats, no. of students who appeared , highest marks and many more aspects. But more or less, the closing rank doesn't extend too much.
