at what marks in jee advanced I was in iist TRIVANDRUM as per obc

Sharon Rose Student Expert 30th Sep, 2020

Hello,

JEE Advanced total marks are not the same every year it changes every year so it is difficult to predict the marks with which you may get seat in IIST, Trivandrum. In 2019 the last cut off percentage of marks were as follows for OBC category

  • Aerospace: 29.30%
  • EC: 28.76%
  • Dual Degree: 27.96%

Considering this you need to score minimum 30%-35% marks of the total marks in JEE Advanced to have decent chances of getting seat. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

nishant sharma 29th Sep, 2020

Hello student ,

As you have not mentioned about which branch 's cut off you are asking for that's why it would be tough to tell you about the cut off of 2019 as it vary according to different course. So i will suggest you that visit the official website of iist to know the cut off of previous year . Further to be eligible for the exam you must have score 75% in 12th  board exam and 60% in JEE adv to get shortlisted in admission process . Only after that you qualify jee advance you are eligible for applying IIST exam for admissions.

Hope it helps !
