No! You will be required to fill admission form for IIST which is released in the month of June.
The criteria for admission is JEE Main rank. Thus you will have to sit for JEE Mains.
Also you have to qualify for JEE Advanced and fullfil the minimum cutoff criteria

According to IIST official website, the eligibility criteria for admission in IIST is as follows:

(i) Citizenship: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for admission in IIST.

The cutoff for JEE Advanced can vary each year,  this year,  because of a change in paper pattern,  there could be a slight increase in the cutoff.
