No! You will be required to fill admission form for IIST which is released in the month of June. The criteria for admission is JEE Main rank. Thus you will have to sit for JEE Mains. Also you have to qualify for JEE Advanced and fullfil the minimum cutoff criteria
If you belong to general category then you have to score at least 20% marks in aggregate and at least 5% marks in each of the three subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) in JEE Advance. 2018 openning percentage marks in JEE Advance was 64.21% for Aerospace Engineering and closing percentage
