Hello student,
Indian Institute of Space and Technology (IIST) offers both UG and PG admissions.
To get into IIST one need to apply for it through online form that is generally released in first week of June (generally after Jee Advanced examination).
While applying you can select your branch preferences (Aerospace, ECE etc. for B. Tech).
Remember one thing, one need to be eligible under their criteria to get admissions.
1. One need to be an Indian citizen.
2. One's aggregate marks in 12th boards in five subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Maths compulsory) must be greater than 75 percent. (65% for SC/ST).
3. One need to appear in Jee Advanced and secure at least 20% of total score, including 5% in each subject. (18% and 10% for OBC and SC/ST respectively).
After fulfilling the above criteria and registering, you could get a chance for IIST.
Hope this will help.
All the best for future.

Hello aspirant,
By far IIT kharagpur and IIT Bombay are considered the best aeronautics engineering colleges according to multiple surveys. Then ofcourse are iit Kanpur and IIT Madras. To be true prospect of aeronautics and aerospace in India is pretty low if you are not in one of the above mentioned institution and even if one manages to get through with jee and get into these institution only the top rung of students get good jobs. Ofcourse there is a lot of prospect in the aerospace engineering field as far as research and development is considered abroad and in india too in institution like ISRO . Hindustan aeronautics in India recruits aeronautic engineer. I would also like to mention if u would like to study aeronautics or aerospace engineering. And you do a good bit of research on this.
