I have 64% marks in 12th board. Am i eligible to get amission in iist for btech courses

You would be unable to get admission in IIST with 64%in boards .

The requirements to get admission here are:-

Candidates belonging to the general category must have scored at least 75 % aggregate marks

·         Candidates belonging to SC/ST should have scored at least 65%

With this much score in jee mains examination you will not get the iist Thiruvananthapuram. I will suggest you to go for private colleges with this much score in jee mains. Your should apply for :

Upes Dehradun

Chandigarh University

Bennett University etc.

IIST Thiruvananthapuram takes its candidates through JEE Advanced. In 2018 the minimum marks which was necessary to get into IIST Thiruvananthapuram was 33.04% for GEN students

26.21% for OBC-NCL
