There is no separate exam for admission to IIST than JEE Advanced. You should have 30% marks overall in Advanced as well

Congratulations first of all. For aerospace engineering, IIT Madras is ranked at top. You may check about it. After that, IIT Bombay is also ranked good for same course.

By far IIT kharagpur and IIT Bombay are considered the best aeronautics engineering colleges according to multiple surveys. Then ofcourse are iit Kanpur and IIT Madras. To be true prospect of aeronautics and aerospace in India is pretty low if you are not in one of the above
