Comparatively IIIT Hyderabad stands first as compared to IIT Bhu . Cse is one of the most demanding branch of IIIT Hyderabad while ECE is among top branch of IIT bhu .
Choosing CSE or ECE is totally depends on your interest and your future goals :)

No. You do not have any chance to get into any of the IITs. For general Ews category, the minimum marks should be 90. As you did not score enough, you would not be getting into IITs.
