Sir, i am scoring 136 mark in jee advance 2019 and belongs to obc category . can i get cs / ece in iit bhu

Hello,
You have got a pretty good marks and it will be very easy for you to get IIT with your category.
So with your marks your obc category rank will be around 1100-1200 , and closing rank for ece in iit bhu was around 1200 so with this rank you will get ece in IIT-BHU. But it is not possible to get cse as closing rank is around 400 in obc category. So you can opt for ece.

We cannot predict that. According to IITR the pre decided cutoff is 35% that crossponds to 130 marks. And if 130 remains as cutoff then you may have rank around 25k. For CS in IIITBHU you need rank under 500. So it seems you have very less chances to get CS there.
