NITs-

Jaipur, calicut, bhopal, patna,surat, jamshedpur, silchar, agartalla, trichy, hamirpur, nagpur, durgapur 

And DTU Delhi, Coepune.

These were the college which may call you for further round on basis of your gate

see for most of the reputed iits gate score needed for ece frelated subjects are around 700+. but if you opted for Ms you might have good chances. because a few people opted for ms. and requirement of gate score is not very high. you can look for

Hi Mayayuvasri, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of test takers number of seats available difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the past records, some of the colleges you can try are, 

1) IIT Bombay - all category

2) IIT Delhi - sc/st

As per previous year cutoffs your score should be above 400 in your category to fetch seat in NIT ARUNACHAL Pradesh.

You can get GFTIs,CFTIs .

You can get private institutions with your rank. Chances of IITs ,NITs seems not possible.

With this GATE marks and OBC category you can't expect IIT BOmbay, Delhi or even MAdras. You can go for IIT Roorkee, Guwahati. Consider Kanpur and Kgp as 50-50 chance.
