According to your its difficult to get admission into IIT. The cutoff for IIT for MAthematics is too high. Generally for mathematics in any IIT AIR should be below 200.
Sorry to say you but with this score you have rare chance to get IIT or nit. Even with this score gfti or state government universities also have low chances.You can only get private universities. You can apply for the universities listed below.
