Dear Shivam, you can give Jee advance but not this year as the counselling for NITs, IITs and various other engineering colleges starts after the release of the Jee advance result.
You can either take admission in any NIT or IIT and this will happen after the release of the

Probability of getting will be less as the standard of the question was low this time and many are getting above 60 so i think it will be tough for to get into IIT's (top ones) or NIT's.
You may try Silchar or Agartala or else IIT patna

Actually the thing is you got the good marks I can say according to last year cutoff your marks are good but the competition may vary from year to year and also category to category as well
