Final cutoff for Jee Advance is not released yet, so as of now we cannot confirm you about this. But it is expected that the cutoff would be around 85 percentile (final cutoff will be available after the second edition of Jee Mains which will conducted in April).

If you are getting a GATE score of more than 550 then it is really good. But as you know the cutoff has not released yet and it will only release on 16th March.
But Chances are high that you can get an IIT's if not then ssurely

With this marks there is less chance that you will get IITs for pursuing master degree courses .You need gate score above 600 to get IITs.With this marks your score will be around 600.You will get NITs with marks 53.34.This year cuttoff marks may go high as paper is
You have a good score and reservation too , so there is less scope for IIT but you can get IIT seat in a low rating IIT college , but you will definetly get a good NIT college with your score so all the best for your future
