Hello juvin Not every state has IIt so there wont a quota for that.. NIT has home quota system..
IITs no chance since JEE Advanced is required. Chances in NITS or other institutes are slim at this rank. If the female quota of supernumerary seats is introduced in NITs, you may stand a chance.
