You can definitely get civil and mechanical engineering at some IITs like IIT tirupati,goa,bhilai and palakkad e.t.c. you can get other branches as well.

It is quite difficult to get any IIT with your category rank. Please do mention your Home state. You have the chance to get IIT through Home state quota.

Your daughter would get less popular branches at old IITs or core branches at new IITs. She also have option to join home NIT and other good NITs for core branches.

Yes, first of all, you will need to give JEE Mains exam and for that you will need to have atleast 75% in the 12th board examination then after giving exam if you clear the cut-off of JEE mains exam then only you will be eligible to give JEE Advanced
