If you are of SC/ST category then overall 65% atleast is required in class 12th board exams and if you are a student of general category then you have to score atleast 75% in class 12th board exams.

AIT and IIT are related to each other, You can join army institute after giving jee mains exam.According to your present scores in exam .So if you are interested in going to Army institute of Technology.

at such marks, there is very less chances to get any IIT. however you may qualify JEE advanced and can apply in other colleges like IISERs and IIST.

If you have physical education as your 6th subject and any out of Biology, Biotechnology or Computer Science as your 5th subject, you can use them as subject 3 (with respect to the above list) and Physical Education as subject 5.
