Look JEE mains and advance is conducted every year and each of them has separate reservation and cut-off for different categories. There is no such cut-off, particularly for girls. However, you can check the cut-off based on your category.

You can get newly opened IITs if you want the elite branches like that of IIT Ropar Bhubaneshwar Indore etc and in case of IIT Delhi Kanpur etc you need to score under 5000 to ensure your admission.
