According to last year result for marks of 230-250 you can expect a rank between 2k-3k (assuming general category) and based on the difficulty level of this year and highest marks obtained it can change a 1000 +or - .

For getting into any of the top 7 IITs, with a decent branch such as CSE, EEE, ECE, Mech, and others too you need a minimum marks 200 out of 360 which will get you around 2500 CRL in JEE Advanced.

Since you have asked the minimum  marks for SC candidate,  anything more than 45% of total score is sufficient to get a CS branch in an old IIT. 

But the cutoff ranks(category ranks)  of JEE Advanced for CS branch in IIT's are as follows :

1.IIT Delhi-35

2.IIT Bombay-22

With this score in Advanced, you'l have a rank around 25000. And, as you have SC reservation, you will get admission in an IIT, and you can try for good IITs.
