This depends on your interest as in which branch you are more interested. Clearly IIT guwahati is better institute than goa but electrical is better branch than engineering physics. I will suggest engineering physics at IIT guwahati.

Total marks in jee advanced paper 1 and 2 varies every year so we can not tell you according to marks.But if you can score 30%-40% of the total marks in jee advanced (paper 1 and 2) then i can assure you of getting some of the top IITs.

Hello,
Getting qualifying marks in jee advanced doesn't mean that you will get seats in any of the IITs.It depends on your category rank in jee advanced and previous year's cutoff analysis to get admission in the IITs.

Hello dear,

Thanks for contacting us.

Your music will be counted for percentage calculation as 5 subject with higher marks is always counted to make a percentage for admission in india.

Then the best of 2 will be used to calculate the percentile.

IIT and NIT will do the sme.

Dear Abhinay,

In my view, Only the south 4 NIT's (tirchy, surathkal, warangal, calicut) and NIT Allahabad are good for M.Tech. This opinion is based on the kind of research work that happens in these institutes and the placements the students get.
