I am living in Tamilnadu but I finished my 12th in Pondicherry what is my hometown for IIT?

Anonymous 10th Apr, 2018

The state for which you have a domicile with you would be considered as your hometown and in case, you are thinking to get home state quota in IITs then it does not consider the same as it is only valid for NITs because these are available in every state(region),

i have been selected in vit,srm and manipal but my aim is iit should i take drop or continue with any of that college

i got 551 score in gate 2018 in civil general category .can i get mtech in iit with this score.

Cristiano Ashim 8th Apr, 2018
The chances are thin, see to get a sure seat in MTech at an IIT, you need a score of 600+ roughly.
