Yes it's a really good book.You can rely on that book for your jee advanced preparations and in my opinion you should first focus on books like ncert,rd sharma and sl loney and after that solve this book.
You have to make sure that your fundamentals are strong.

If any another way to get aissmision in IIT/NIT other than GATE

You have to appear for GATE if you want to take admission in mtech course in any IITs or NITs.There is no any other way to get admission in the IITs or NITs for pg course.

Which Question of same Concept have been repeated In JEE Main and JEE Advance Consecutive in last 5-6 years Analysis

Very rare case.

But to give you an idea during jee advance 2015 some questions were repeated from 19th century IIT jee papers.

Still without involving in this, you should focus to strengthen your concepts so as to score Good in jee exams.
