In order to take admission in IITs for B.Arch you have to qualify for JEE Main exam to be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced then you have to clear AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) entrance exam.
After clearing AAT exam you can take admission in IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur

To get admission in IITs you need to get GATE rank above 600. Therefore, according to this, you are not eligible for IITs. CFTIs or GFTIs are Government Funded Technical Institutes. Yes, they do offer engineering programmes. For admission to GFTIs, candidates need to clear JEE Main entrance exam and attend the common counselling procedure of JoSAA.
