Indian Institute of Technology
Hi Aspirant!
Congratulations on your JEE Main rank. Sorry to say but with your 74 mark in JEE ADVANCED it would be impossible for you to get into any IIT as with this marks you rank would be around 10000+ and you can not get CSE or ECE with this rank in any IIT.
If we talk about NIT you can easily get into CSE or ECE in NITs.Following are the NITs based on the last round cutoffs:
These list is made up by considering CSE cutoffs hence these are also applied for ECE. If you want to get into other Top NITs in ECE you can refer below link for respective NITs of your choice.
AND other eastern NITs.
You can follow these Career360's articles for a better understanding of cutoffs.

HAPPY HUSTLING!
Hello Aspirant,
Let me make you clear that there are only two attempts of JEE-advance for two consecutive years after passing class-12th. For e.g., if you have passed your class 12th in 2019-20 then you can appear only for JEE-Advance of 2019-20 and 2020-21, provided that you qualify JEE-Main each time to sit for JEE-Advance.
So attempts of JEE-Advance are not decided on the basis of JOSAA counselling, whether you get seat through JOSAA Counselling or not you will be eligible for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance for next year if you are eligible according to the above example.
For complete details about JEE-Advance refer to the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
According to previous year cutoff list of JoSSA and official website of IIT Hyderabad there is no Integrated Course entertain in IIT Hyderabad.Except that branch the closing rank of IIT Hyderabad is 6.5k but your rank is above that and you also not mention your category.Following are the branches offered by IIT Hyderabad.
For more information on IIT Hyderabad follow up the below article by careers360:

Happy Hustling!
Hello,
So, you have not mentioned the name of the entrance test but I am assuming it is JEE Mains. You would qualify for JEE Advanced and if you manage to get a rank around 3k in it then you would have the chance to qualify for all the IITs in all the branches. You might also get some good NITs with these marks but otherwise just with these marks it is difficult as the cutoffs are getting even harder to achieve in the recent years. That is you need to score above 200.
If you qualify JEE Advanced above 3k ranking you should look for the newer IITs as the old ones like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee they take rankings only up to 2.5k to 3k according to the recent years.
You can look for colleges with this link-

Good luck.
Hey,
You have got quite good marks. Now talking about particular college, it completely depends upon the cut off set by the college and the seat they have. You can predict your rank from the link given below-
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
I am also attaching college prediction link. Do check for the same

All the best. Hopefully you will get college of your choice.
For reserved categories the seats are allotted based on their respective category rank and for unreserved categories it is based on CRL. So if you belong to any of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD then your category rank is considering at the time of seat allotment in JoSAA counselling.
To get seat in top 5 iit you have to score good marks with good rank so for this here I listed here top iit college based on rank for CSE branch:-
IIT Bombay:- 63
IIT Delhi :-93
IIT Kanpur :- 217
IIT Kharagpur :- 283
IIT Madras :- 188
IIT Roorkee :- 412
