IIIT Bhilai

Hello Anitha,
Top colleges known for B.Planning course are :
Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal
School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal
School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada
Here, you will not be able to get neither SPA,Bhopal nor SAP,Vijaywada as the rank closes at approximately 650 according to previous trends. However, looking at the previous years closing rank you would have had a chance at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology if you were from home state and belonged to general category. But since you belong to SC category your rank should be much higher to get into these colleges.
You may checkout the cut-off trends for B.Arch and B.Planning course using below link:

Also, you may use the JEE Main Paper 2 college predictor to know your chances:

Anyway, you may try for good private universities like Amity University or Lovely Professional University.
Hope this helps.

Hope you are doing well.
Normally as far as I am concerned if you belong from sc category then you should have to score 35 to 40 percent score of the total marks to have your seats in IIT. But dont think or resist yourself to this percentage as if you score more marks then your percentage or probability for getting seats in top and old colleges of iit will be increased. Meanwhile more marks means grabing your seats and your favourite branches within the comfortable zone. If you able to do this then you can easily get your seats in top most IIT like IIT bombay.
Further if you want to predict your college then you may use this college predictor tool as per your percentile in jee :-

Hello Aspirant,
See, the EWS certificate is authentic and beneficial for availing benefits in fee structure of general category candidates having Annual family income less then 8 LPA.
The EWS certificate be central or state is different. Also, if you get admission into a NIT or IIT from your home state then you would require a state EWS certificate. Bit, if the IIT or NIT they you would get admission to belongs to other state and not your home state, then you would require the central EWS certificate.
So, depending upon the place or college that you could or will get admission into, you have to opt for your EWS certificate.
But, if your are confused and uncertain, then you can opt and make EWS certificate for both state as well as for central.
Hope that helps. Good luck
