Alluru Sai Rushitha , The IITs prepared nine rank lists caste and reservation wise including general , OBC, SC, ST, PWD category . A general category student was required to score a minimum of 75 marks of 372 to get a rank. It was 67 marks for OBC applicants

Your querry is bit confusing. It can be answered in two part. Part 1- if your all india rank is 400 and apart from that you have reservations for OBC-Pwd, then almost all the IITs will be opened for you. You may get varites of discipline in all IITs.

if you don't have reservation category then your rank has to be below 100 to get top IIT campus.

if you have single reservation category then closing cutoff rank will be 1000-1500.

if you have combo  reservation category like OBC-NCL -PwD or ST-PWD or SC-PWD then maximum rank cutoff
