According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs or any of the good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs even after considering your home state quota but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling

To start with it is a great score to get below 100th rank in jee advanced . Considering the cutoff for the IIT bombay , a person below 100th rank will definitely be qualified and counselling rounds have already been started. Round 5 is yet to be announced
