See as we know that NTA gave us relaxation for class 12th 75% criteria but that is only for this year not to for every year this is because due to COVID-19 Pandemic to give some relief to aspirants the decision has been taken.

If you have not scored 75% and if you are in also not in top 20 percentile of your respective board results then you are not eligible for getting admission to any of the NITs/IIITs/IITs and so on.

No not at all your marks will not be deducted if you take a drop it will remains same. If we talk about eligibility criteria so that might change for next year which is little difficult but still no any major change would be made which will stop students from giving JEE-Main, but yes there will be the change class 12th marks eligibility criteria which has been removed for this year in the wake of COVID-19 Pandemic but from next year it will be considered so if you have secured 75% marks or more in class 12th then only think to take a drop otherwise go for any other option.

I do not like to say this and I am sorry to say this that your air rank falls considerably short for any NIT, generally your air should be around 10000  and you need to clear JEE advanced for IIT. Silver lining, you can choose many  other colleges using this link, it can be really helpful.

I think first decide your branch and then take up colleges .

If you really want to study in iit then any branch in iit would be better .

If you want to take up cse then go for other college.

Yes, there is NIT as well as IIT in Goa. The NIT Goa is recognised under the other 31 NITs and is located in Farmagudi, established in 2010. IIT Goa is an autonomous university at Goa that  started functioning from 2016 in a temporary campus housed at (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goa_Engineering_College) GEC Campus. For additional information there are GEC as well as BITS in Goa too.

Hi, since you have 2523 rank under PWD category but sorry to say you're still lacking behind the rank that can take you to NIT. But I suggest yo to give a try to get into NIT as there are still some chances because of your category. So try gor at least once may be you may get into any NIT. Also at this category rank you can easily get into GFTI's, so no need to loose hope as you can still get into government funded colleges where you can get scholarships as well.
