For admission into IITs, NITs, and CFTIs you must need 75% aggregate and above marks in your 10+2 qualifying examination as per the JEE MAINS eligibility criteria. Refer to the website below for knowing more about the eligibility criteria...

To be eligible for NITs, IITs one needs at least  75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least  65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or  must be in the top 20 percentile

I don't know if you are in top 20 percentile or not, but if you have Maths as the subject, and score good in JEE, then you can get into IIT, NIT.
