First of all congratulations on successfully clearing class 12 cbse board examination. The fact is that you can get a seat in NIT  by clearing the B.arch paper. The minimum criteria to appear in jee main Barch paper is 50 percent. So definitely you have to score good percentile

SEE CUTOFF score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. jee advance is one of the toughest exam and it is quite difficult to predict which score would be the cutoff. however

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

IIT Guwahati-- Water Resources Engineering and Management. Last year closing cutoff score is 360 for OBC-NCL.
