If I get nit in last round after getting iit in previous rounds, where will i have to report?

Hi radhe ,
First report at the reporting center that you want to get admission into the alloted nit as iit seat is get overtaken by the nit seat and then after seat acceptance at the reporting center then just go the respective nit for further seat acception procedure.

The documents required for verification in IIT are :

1.Class X certificate and mark sheet (Original and one attested copy)

2. Class XII certificate and mark sheet (Original and one attested copy)

3. Proof of date of birth (if not mentioned in the Class X certificate)

4. Caste certificate

Does aggregate 75% in class 12th for eligibility at IIT include only theory marks or theory + practical marks??

The eligiblity criteria for admission to undergraduate engineering courses through JEE is
  • Candidate should secure aggregate of more than 75% marks i.e. total percentage including practicals and theory marks.
  • Or be in top 20 percentile of respective boards.

No there is not any spot round for IITs in JOSAA counselling 2019.CSAB conducts a special round for counselling for the remaining seats of NITs ,IIITs and GFTIs.

If you are upgarded from an NIT to an IIT in the 7th round of JOSAA,then it's good for you.

And if you are getting a seat in an IIT in the last round and if you are satisfied,then the last step will be the reporting to your alloted

Well I am very sorry to inform you that if you have not been alloted any seat till now upto the seven rounds of counselling then you will not be getting any seat this year since there is no provision of special rounds in for admission to the IITs. So
