Sir mine ST prepatory rank is 196 in which round I will get a IIT college for prepatory course? Because already 3 rounds are completed sir.

Well I am very sorry to inform you that if you have not been alloted any seat till now upto the seven rounds of counselling then you will not be getting any seat this year since there is no provision of special rounds in for admission to the IITs. So better luck next time.
