Yes you can get admission, if you have cleared the sc category cutoff.

If you are a sc candidate, then it does not matter whether you have crossed the general category or not, it will only give you a good rank.

Thats a good rank! Yes, you can apply to varoius IITs but you need to take care of it while filling the choices during counselling. Mark those colleges only in which you think you would probably get a seat and a desired branch too because that is actually more important

Hello applicant! All three courses are a good one, but I would suggest that electrical engineering is a better option. It has got a good scope as the demand for this is quite high. Also, IIT Dhanbad is a good place to study Electrical engineering.

Moreover, your interest also matters

You can surely get a seat in IIT but it might be the case that you won't get branch of your choice too. But since you areva privileged category so just wait for the counseling sessions. However if you choose to go NIT with this rank you would surely get
