Hey! It is difficult to get into IITs with your rank. Your rank is high to get into IITs. You should better go for NITs or IIITs through jee-main score or else go for private universities.
There are some private universities which has a good placement record and good infrastructure.

If your query is about admission to the B.Tech course, admission to B.Tech course in IITs is done on the basis of rank in the JEE Advanced exam and considering it to be your JEE Advanced rank, you might have got a seat in lower IITs such as IIT

Taking into account your category rank and considering the fact that you are a SC category candidate, sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in any IIT with this rank. You should look for admission through JEE Mains or other state and national level
