Sorry to dissapoint you by saying you that you have very low chances for getting any seat in any of IITs for your rank. You may prepare for next year or settle with some good NITs.

With OBC-NCL rank of 5900 in JEE Advanced I think there is very less chance of getting new IITs(no chance for older IITs). If the seat capacity increases, there will be increase in the chance, otherwise you can try for IISTs, etc or good NITs using your JEE

I am sorry to say but with 2982 SC Category rank in JEE Advanced, you can't get a seat in any of IITs because the closing rank for SC Category is around 2100-2200.
You can try by girls quota if you are one.

Congratulations on securing a great rank Gowtham. 

With that rank you can go for branches  like CSE or ECE in newer IITS if branch is your preference or older IITs with civil mechanical and metallurgy.
