I am sorry to say but with 2644 SC Category rank in JEE Advanced, you can't get a seat in any of IITs because the closing rank for SC Category is around 2100-2200.
You can try by girls quota if you are one.

Sorry you can't be able to get admission in any IIT with this rank in OBC category. If you want to get admission in any IIT then you have to get atleast 3500 rank in OBC category.

So you will have very few changes to get admission in iit.

based on your rank and last year trends it is difficult to get an iit but you may try for these

 iit bhu in mining,biochemical,pharma,ceramic

First of all, NITs don't take admission through JEE ADVANCED. They consider JEE Mains. So you cannot get an NIT through JEE Advanced All India Rank.

Secondly, if you talk about GENERAL CATEGORY closing ranks, getting an IIT for AIR of 17k is improbable. Hope that answers
