The rank vs marks for JEE-Advanced changes every other year due to changes in difficulty level of the paper. For 85 marks, you would have got a rank in 2016 but you couldn't have qualified in 2017

For securing a seat at IIT or NIT eligibility criteria is based upon the aggregate marks scored.  There is no subject wise eligibility criteria. Therefore your total marks would be considered. You can apply.

An SC or ST student needs to get minimum 50 marks in JEE ADVANCED to secure a seat in IIT. Since , you have scored 51 marks , you have chances to get into IIT. But you can not get into the top IITs like Roorkee , Kharagpur

Hi ! Well first of all check your JEE advance rank in rank predictor and then check college predictor. I think it is highly dependable because of changes in cut off and vacancy. Still you can get lower IIT's like IIT Jammu, IIT Thirupathi with lower branches. So hope you

If this is your category Rank. ( 9175 ) ; than it will be not possible to get CSE in good nits .

Only chance is that you may get CSE in low ranked nits like ( nit Goa ; nit Uttarakhand etc ) ; better to take
