Cutoffs are decided by the IITs. Prediction of cutoff marks as of now would be quite difficult as the cutoffs can vary from year to year based on factors like number of students appearing for the examination, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.

If you are just aiming to get a seat in any of the IITs then yes. You have got chances.

Sorry to say that your rank is low by this rank you cannot get admission to any of the IIT's. I suggest you to drop this year if you have one chance left and improve your rank next year. Or you can take admission in other good colleges
