I am sorry to inform you that,  with this percentile it's not possible to get into NITs. And your Jee main percentile is only related to NITs. 

As for IITs one need to clear Jee Advanced. I hope you wrote Jee Advanced this year and your Jee advanced rank

Regardless of whether you have done your B.Pharm in an IIT(IIT-BHU is the only IIT offering this course) or any other college, you can surely pursue M.Tech in Pharmaceutical Engineering in either IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati or IIT-BHU. Admission is through GATE exam.

Well looking at the expected cutoff released by the various experts of different coaching institutes, it looks you have marginally fall short from even qualifying the JEE Advanced.

Though I would say by my experience, it doen't matter you qualify for JEE advanced or not, with this marks you cannot

you secured 69% in the HSC board its good .but the admission procedure to the IIT college will be through the JEE examination only there will be no other alternative way to the IIT admission and also the minimun required to the IIT colleges is the 75% in

As you secured 32 marks in the jee advance and you are an general reservation candidate you are not gonna be qualified in the ADVANCE examination because the cut off marks for the general category will in 90+ so you are not going to be qualified in the

I don't think Civil is good in any of these college but if you really want to study Civil then go for BIT over DSIT as it has got a good repo than DSIT. I don't know much about Civil in these colleges as i have many friends in

Well with 130, from the careful analysis of many experts of various coaching institute, it appears you might qualify the cut-off and so their is a great chances of you qualify the JEE advanced exam.
