I got 99.487 in iit mains 2019 and belongs to st category.what are my chances in top iits ?

Dear student the very first thing that for IIT madras you need to qualify jee advance also then only you'll get any branch. 

With jee mains you can get NITs not IITs so just tell us your jee advance percentile then accordingly your branch and college is decided.

you have filled iit kharagpur than iit bhu than iit gujarat so mock results show that you have not got first two choices so you are getting iit gujarat but dont loose hope as if the choice is within your range then you will definitely get it as

mock rounds are based on the choices filled by all the aspirants,so some people will change their priority order after mock but it is 99 % that you will get the very same choice which you got in mock round 2.

Yes you are elligible for Jossa council but you'll not get college as anyone who has given jee exam are elligible for jossa counselling as its free but applying doesn't means you'll get college.
